Self Service Portal Won't Load (fast-aes.dll)

Problem

When you try to login you get an error about fastaes.dll couldn’t be loaded.

You get an error on the device when you open Self Service Portal web clip that page couldn’t be loaded.

Cause

The ISS system context user is missing permissions on some files.

Solution

Check the permissions on the following files:

C:\Windows\Temp\fast-aes-64\fast-aes.dll    ”Read and execute”

C:\Windows\Temp\fast-aes-64-w3wp\fast-aes.dll    ”Read and execute”

C:\Windows\Temp\fast-aes-32-w3wp\fast-aes.dll    ”Read and execute”

C:\Program Files (x86)\CapaInstaller\Services\CapaInstaller Self Service Portal\App_Data\SelfServicePortal.log    ”Write and Read and execute”
