Remove Old Install Screen

Starting from CapaWinUpgrade 5.0, the old installation screen v1.x is no longer supported.

You can use the package below to remove old installation screen components, before running the CapaWinUpgrade packages.

CapaWinUpgrade - Remove Old Install Screen v2022.02
