Importing CapaPacks Fails
Problem
Section titled “Problem”When you try to import a package from CapaPacks you get an error.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Please try the following to solve the issue, before contacting customer service :
- Does the destination package already exist with the same name and version?
- Is there sufficient free disk space on the partition containing the packages?
- Are some of the package files being deleted or quarantined by your antivirus product?
- Does the console log* show anything obvious?
The console log can be found in the “%AppData%\CapaInstaller\Logs\CMS” directory.
