Importing CapaPacks Fails

When you try to import a package from CapaPacks you get an error.

Please try the following to solve the issue, before contacting customer service :

  1. Does the destination package already exist with the same name and version?
  2. Is there sufficient free disk space on the partition containing the packages?
  3. Are some of the package files being deleted or quarantined by your antivirus product?
  4. Does the console log* show anything obvious?

The console log can be found in the “%AppData%\CapaInstaller\Logs\CMS” directory.
