Missing Name or Version
Problem
Section titled “Problem”When creating a Custom App, the Save button remains greyed out after uploading the installation file.
This typically occurs when using Chromium-based browsers such as Google Chrome, especially if the installation file does not include embedded application metadata.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”Use Edge or Firefox

Go to Applications.
- Click on Company Apps.

Click New → Custom App.

Upload the installation file.

Make sure the Custom App includes:
- Name
- Version

Add at least one Install Option.

Click Save.
