Enrollment

Enrollment connects a device to your CapaOne organization so it can be managed. Windows, Android, and Apple devices each enroll differently, and each platform has its own Enrollment page in the sidebar:

• Windows Enrollment — install the CapaOne Agent manually, with PowerShell, or through Intune or SCCM.
• Android Enrollment — enroll via Android Enterprise using QR code, token, zero-touch, or Samsung Knox.
• Apple Enrollment — enroll iPhone, iPad, and Mac with an enrollment profile or automatically through Apple Business Manager.

All enrollment is driven by an enrollment configuration, which decides what the device receives once enrolled — group memberships, configurations, applications, and tags. Open a configuration with View to get its enrollment material (installer, script, QR code, or token).
