Create Native Apps for Android

Create Native Android Apps from Google Play (In this example we are using a Samsung device)

  1. Create a new Google Play app and search for Messages.
  2. From the results, select Google Messages.
  3. Replace the Application ID with the native Samsung Messages app ID: com.samsung.android.messaging
  4. Configure the usual app settings as required.
  5. Rename the app at the top to Messages.

  1. Create a new Google Play app and search for Phone.
  2. From the results, select Phone by Google.
  3. Replace the Application ID with the native Samsung Phone app ID: com.samsung.android.dialer
  4. Configure the usual app settings as required.
  5. Rename the app at the top to Phone.

  1. Create a new Google Play app and search for Settings.
  2. From the results, select Quick Settings for Android.
  3. Replace the Application ID with the native Samsung Settings app ID: com.android.settings
  4. Configure the usual app settings as required.
  5. Rename the app at the top to Settings.
