Configure Power Settings

If a .pow file exists in $PackageRoot, the file is imported and all other options are ignored. If no .pow file exists, this brick can set power scheme, sleep timeout, hibernate timeout, power button action and lid close action.

Parameters

Power Scheme

Optional — Default: Not Configured

Select the power scheme to activate when no .pow file is present in $PackageRoot. Allowed values: Not Configured, Balanced, High Performance, Power Saver, Ultimate Performance.

Sleep After Minutes

Optional

Set sleep timeout in minutes for both AC and battery power. Leave empty to keep current value.

Hibernate After Minutes

Optional

Set hibernate timeout in minutes for both AC and battery power. Leave empty to keep current value.

Power Button Action

Optional — Default: Not Configured

Select what happens when the power button is pressed. Applies to both AC and battery power when configured. Allowed values: Not Configured, Do Nothing, Sleep, Hibernate, Shut Down.

Lid Close Action

Optional — Default: Not Configured

Select what happens when the laptop lid is closed. Applies to both AC and battery power when configured. Allowed values: Not Configured, Do Nothing, Sleep, Hibernate, Shut Down.
