# View Report History

> Find previously generated custom reports, which PerformanceGuard keeps for a configurable period.

Individual [View Custom Reports](/performanceguard/administration/view-custom-reports/) are kept for a configurable period of time.

:::note[Important]
**Example:** PerformanceGuard automatically generates a particular report in PDF format every day. Your administrator has set up PerformanceGuard to keep each of those daily reports for 90 days. That means that up to 90 versions of the report will be available in PerformanceGuard.

![](/attachments/performanceguard/13805aa5-78c1-4f00-8e46-3c1acfbc3a83.png) To view such historical reports, select **REPORTING > Reports**, find the row that contains the report you require, and then click the link in the **Keep for** column.  
When you click the link, you'll see available historical reports in a table that includes report generation time stamps and links to the individual historical reports in HTML and/or PDF formats.

If you use an iPad, you'll need a PDF-capable reader like Apple iBooks or Adobe Reader to view PDF reports.
