# Office 365

The **Office 365** Service collects data from service areas **Common**, **Exchange**, **SharePoint** & **Skype.**

## Application Group(s) & Application(s)

The Application hierarchy will be created automatically by PerformanceGuard by using the collected IP data.  
The hierarchy will be created based on the IP address location.    
The example of Application hierarchy will look like **Microsoft** > **Office 365** > **Common (Service Area)  > Europe (Continent) > Western Europe (Region) > Netherlands (Country) > Amsterdam (City)**  
If no location is found for an IP address, the created application will be **Unknown Common.**

## Dashboards

Following Dashboards with several widgets will be created to monitor the service areas mentioned above.

**Office 365 Service traffic**

The board shows the agent events on the different 'Service Provider' areas, and the corresponding traffic to these areas.

Shows the events on the different 'Service Provider' areas, and which Locations that are affected by this event.
