## Problem

CapaOne Agent service is not being added to the services.msc and therefore cannot be started.

## Solution

Create a new enrollment config on CapaOne for Windows

1. Open PowerShell as an administrator on the client
2. Copy the PowerShell code from CapaOne and paste it into the PowerShell terminal.
3. Remove /qn from the code and run the PowerShell code
4. Install the CapaOne agent from the GUI and see if the service gets started successfully
5. If the CapaOne Agent is not installing, check the antivirus to ensure the CapaOne Agent service is allowed.

:::note[Important]
Check **services.msc** to see if the CapaOne agent service is getting installed and started
