Copy a file from one location to another

## Parameters

#### Source File
*Required*

Remember to include the [Download Content] PowerBrick when using $PackageRoot. Ex. $PackageRoot\setup.exe

#### Destination File
*Required*

The full path of the destination file ex. C:\Temp\setup.exe

#### Overwrite File
*Required* — Default: `True`

Overwrite existing destination file
