## Problem

On a new PC or a new Windows user profile, Notepad++ doesn't list **CapaInstaller** in its **Language** menu. This happens even after you reinstall the CapaInstaller Scripting Integration package.

## Cause

Notepad++ stores custom languages in a `userDefineLang.xml` file. The Scripting Integration package puts this file on the PC, but it doesn't import the language into Notepad++ for you.

## Solution

1. Find the file `C:\Program Files\Notepad++\userDefineLang.xml`.
2. In Notepad++, select **Language → Define your language... → Import...**.
3. Select the `userDefineLang.xml` file.
4. Close Notepad++ completely, then reopen it.
5. Select **Language → CapaInstaller**.

The **CapaInstaller** language now appears in the **Language** menu.
