## Problem

If the Download button is missing in the CapaPacks view, try updating the linked user in the console.

## Solution

Follow the guide on how to update the linked user in the CapaInstaller Console

1. navigate to System administration
2. Software Accounts
3. Right click in CapaOne
4. Select properties
5. klick update and login whit a CapaOneaccount
