# Open an existing report

> Open an existing report to view it, change it, or base a new report on it.

If you want to change an existing report, view it, or use it to create a new report from, you can do the following.

| 1        | Click on *Reporting and Queries, File/Open.*                                                                                                            |

| 3        | The report is listed in the window.                                                                                                                     |
