# Manage reporting services

> Manage the folders and reports that CapaInstaller created on the report manager.

The report manager holds information about folders and reports created from CapaInstaller Management Solution. The structure is created from the form described below. Folders can be added and deleted, as well as the reports can. Ensure security is set up to match the workflow and processes you want for your company.

| 2        | Create a new subfolder by a right click on the folder you want to be the parent folder, click *New folder.*                                  |

| 5        | To delete a folder, right-click the folder and click *Delete.*                                                                               |
