# Column setup

> Add and arrange the columns shown in a view, using the column setup form.

The columns in the views are added in the column setup form. Look below to see how.

| 1        | Click on *Reporting and Queries.*                                                                       |

| 3        | Select available columns from the list.                                                                 |
| 4        | *Add/remove* the columns in the displayed column list.                                                  |
| 5        | Correct the order on the *Up*/*down* list.                                                              |
| 6        | Click *OK* to accept your new settings.                                                                 |
