# Update OS Deployment

# Introduction

You update the system from the Update Deployment Point window. This window activates the latest updates and install them on the root deployment point. To be able to do this, the media master itself must be updated. The media master is the component containing the latest updates from [www.CapaInstaller.com](#). Ensuring that the media master is up-to-date is a job for the administrator of CMS. The following 2 steps need to be performed to complete the update of OS Deployment.
