# Database connection

Setup the correct database connection to use the CapaInstaller application.

| **Element**               | **Description**                                                              |
| SQL Server Name           | This is the server on which the SQL Server resides.                          |
| SQL Database Name         | This is the name of your CMS database.                                       |
| Edition                   | This describes your SQL Server Edition.                                      |
| Database size             | The size of the database which you are currently connected to.               |
| Log size                  | The size of the database’s log file.                                         |
| Windows authentication    | This option will use Windows Authentification to connect to the database.    |
| SQL Server authentication | This option will use SQL Server Authentification to connect to the database. |
