# Recent folder

> The Recent folder holding the units you worked on lately, and how long they stay in it.

The recent folder is populated with the units you have recently worked on. How long a unit remains in this folder, after it was last worked on, can be specified in the Configuration Management Options.

Right-clicking on the recent folder gives you the following options:

|:------------|:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| **Element** | **Description**                                                                                                               |
| Clear       | This will clear the recent folder list manually and overrule the setting set in Options. (Session, daily, weekly or monthly). |
