# Add a unit to a power scheme group

> Add a computer to a power scheme group, which it can belong to only one of at a time.

The following is a description of how to add a unit (computer) to a power scheme group in Configuration Management. A unit can only be a member of one power scheme group at a time. There are two methods of accomplishing this.

**Drag and drop**

| **Step** | **Action**                                                                            |
| 1        | Find the unit in the navigation pane and drag it onto the power scheme group.         |
| 2        | Fill out the change description and click OK.                                         |

**Using the buffer**

| **Step** | **Action**                                                                                                  |
| 1        | Right-click the unit and select *Add to buffer*.                                                            |
| 2        | Right-click the power scheme group and select *Paste computers*.                                            |
| 3        | Fill out the change description and click OK.                                                               |
