CIPC is designed to create packages ready for test and production. Depending on the integration and license a package can consist of various components. The following table illustrates the different package terms.

| CI with Package Creator | A CI Package consists of the following components: <br/>- Application files<br>- Installation script<br>- Un-installation script (optional)<br>- User configuration script (optional) When the package is generated the application files are copied to the master container, the desired scripts are generated and the package is created in the database. Afterward it is possible to assign a package to a computer/server |
